Celebrating Nationwide Meeting for Best Employees of Xunkong Electronics in 2017-2018
Passions and songs bid farewell to the past, and festivity welcomes new year. From January 25th to 28th, 2018, nationwide best Employees of Xunkong gathered together in the headquarter of Guangzhou Xunkong, and held the meeting named Pursuing the Dream to Be the Best Together - Conference for Nationwide Best Employees of XunKong Electronics in 2017-2018.
This conference included four segments, namely, Elite Experience Sharing Conference, New Product Release and Study Session, Yearly Rewards for Best Employees in 2017, Outward Bound. Obviously, all segments are for summary, study and sharing the experience, making us review the past 2017 and expect of the coming 2018.
In the conference, all the participants spoke freely to summarize the work the past 2017 and share the experience.
For this conference, 10 new product system is set up and released for adjusting and studying on the spot so that all the participants of Xunkong can learn more about the new products and present them to all the customers.

After the conference, all the participants continued to attend the meeting titled Giving Thanks—Yearly Rewards in 2017 and New Year Party.
In the meeting, we rewarded the top sales of our company in 2017.
Then, all of us took part in the Outward Bound. In this activity, all participants forgot their own position and devoted themselves to competition, demonstrating the uniqueness of each person through the cooperation and communication. During the two-day’s activity, we learnt much more about each other and get much closer with each other. We sincerely believe that we will offer more superior service and strive for further improvement in the future.
In 2018, Xunkong had been founded for 15 years. With 15-year’s hard work, Xunkong had gained profound knowledge and experience. And we believe that all the employees of Xunkong will be united much more tightly with each other and started a completely new and different openings.
