The Control software of D3011 Media Matrix cannot be connected with the Matrix at all, why?

How can you deal with this problem? Never worry about it. Absolutrly, Media Matrix can be connected to the computer with Ethernet cables, while the IP of the computer and Media Matrix should be in the same network segment. If this doesn’t work, you could try to replace the computer or access Media Matrix and the computer to LAN wired by switches or Routers. Then, close the anti-virus software and firewall of the computer and try again.
